  • Parts & Molding

    Precision Cutting/Bending & Moulding 
    With high precision CNC cutting equipment, each part of the frame is accurate in size.
    Bending/mould forming, the frame conforms to the design curve.

    Spark machine engraving mould 
    Through high-voltage electric shock, the pattern is engraved on the mould to create a delicate and clear pattern.

    Mould surface polishing 
    After fine engraving and grinding treatment, the surface of the frame is smoother, enhancing the overall texture.

    Automatic gong cutting machine 
    Detailed processing, precise adjustment of the mirror feet and frame joints, improve the assembly precision.

    High-precision precision engraving machine 
    Can process irregular frame structure to meet the demand of complex design.

    Hydraulic Press Embossing 
    Embossing complex pattern and three-dimensional texture on the surface of mirror frame, increasing the sense of personalised design.

  • Frame Welding

    Metal, Titanium Frame Welding 
    Adopting high-frequency welding and laser welding technology, the welding is highly accurate, firm and durable.
    Titanium frame exclusive seamless welding process to enhance durability.

    Welding Department, Deacon Frame Process 
    Deacon frame adjustment after welding to improve the overall coordination and comfort of the frame.

    Adjustment after welding 
    Manual fine-tuning ensures that the spare parts are closely articulated and not loose or deformed.

  • Surface Treatment & Polishing

    Rough tumbling process (deburring and smoothing) 
    Initial tumbling with 6# walnut grains + abrasive oil to remove burrs and minor imperfections from the frame surface.

    Bright Rolling Process (Enhance Gloss, Uniform Surface) 
    Tumbling for 10 hours using 16# Walnut Grain + Polishing Oil to make the frame surface glossy and uniform.

    Sandblasting and texture treatment
    Increase frosted effect, matte texture, suitable for high-end frames.

     
    Electroplating, Colouring 
    Vacuum plating technology is used to provide a variety of metal colours (gunmetal, silver, gold, rose gold, etc.).
    Surface protective coating to enhance anti-oxidation and anti-scratch ability.

  • Quality Control & Assembly

    QC quality inspection (each pair of frames comply with national and industry standards):
    -Frame size and form inspection 
    -Frame colour and texture inspection 
    -Stability test of accessories connection

    Frame shaping and assembling 
    Adjust the curvature of frames according to ergonomic design, more comfortable to wear.
    Assemble the mirror legs and hinges to ensure smooth opening and closing.

    Brand customisation Logo, printing 
    Provide laser engraving, hot stamping, embossed logo and other customisation methods.

    Packaging, Shipping 
    Adopt dustproof and shockproof packaging to ensure no damage during transport.
